Cleary Zimmermann provided MEP and IT/Security design for the shell and finish-out of three labs at the Office of the State Chemist research facility: a Tier 1 BSL-3, a Standard BSL-3, and a BSL-2. To meet the extensive requirements from the Centers for Disease Control for BSL labs, we designed fully redundant HVAC systems with fast-acting lab control and exhaust valves to ensure user safety.
