The project included the construction of a new high school facility and agriculture barn for East Central ISD. A single high school district, this 200,000 SF state-of-the-art facility replaced an existing multiple building complex. The HVAC system consisted of packaged direct expansion variable air volume roof top units and fan powered VAV’s. Commissioning services included comprehensive design review, field installation verification, functional performance testing, point-to-point DDC verification, and TAB review and audit. As part of the overall campus renovation, the athletic field houses were renovated, as well as the parking lots and security systems.
