As Managing Principal, Wade Cleary, PE directs operational resources and marketing functions for Cleary Zimmermann. Wade oversees firm growth, manages overall business strategy, and firm-wide initiatives for sustainability and relevant trends in MEP design.
In the roles of Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager, Wade has provided mechanical engineering design for a for a variety of Education, Healthcare, Research, Government and Corporate projects, including new construction, renovations, additions, central plant and infrastructure work. He has also served as Commissioning Agent on several Federal and Healthcare projects.
Wade earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Florida, Louisiana, Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Kansas, New York, Georgia, Tennessee and Saskatchewan, Canada. Wade is also a LEED® AP and a Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA).
Wade is active in his local community. He serves on the board of directors for the Northside Education Foundation, the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and the Comal County Appraisal District. He sits on his church’s parish relations committee, is the treasurer of the Riverforest Home Owner's Association and has also served as a volunteer fire fighter, a little league coach and science fair judge. Wade comes from a family of engineers – his father is an electrical engineer, his mother was a mechanical engineer and his brother was an electrical engineer.
Danny Zimmermann, PE is Executive Principal and co-founder of Cleary Zimmermann Engineers, responsible for managing the firm’s business and financial affairs. Danny supervises strategic business development initiatives, marketing, accounting, legal matters, IT, and many of the firm's policies and procedures.
As a Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager, Danny has provided design and executive oversight for a wide array of projects, including academic facilities, hospitals, surgery centers and clinics, clinical and research laboratories, retirement communities, and public and private facilities. Danny earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas.
Danny is active in his local community and volunteers his time for numerous philanthropic organizations. He is presently past chair for the Texas A&M University-San Antonio Foundation board; is past-president of the Comal Education Foundation; and serves as Chair for the Leadership and Professional Development Council on the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Board. Along with his wife, April, Danny is a certified Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) whereby he is a voice for abused children in court. He is a past-president and director for the UTSA Alumni Association Board and has served in several other community service capacities throughout his career.
