Tye Preston Memorial Library

Our team provided MEP design for Tye Preston Memorial Library, a new 18,000 SF library in the Canyon Lake Community Library District. The program included stacks for both adult and children’s books, computer stations, a lobby with circulation desk, offices and administration spaces, study rooms, a conference space, multiple community rooms, restrooms, and a warming kitchen.
