The Association of Texas College & University Facilities Professionals (TCUF) hosts its conference every two years, and this September, Cleary Zimmermann Engineers and Moose Engineers were proud to attend as Platinum Sponsors. This highly anticipated event brings together professionals from across Texas to exchange ideas, foster innovation, and celebrate achievements in college and university facilities.
This year, instead of traditional swag, attendees received a token in their gift bag. They were invited to visit our booth to cast their vote for any of the universities or colleges in attendance. These votes determined the recipients of two $5,000 scholarships, provided by Moose Engineers and Cleary Zimmermann Engineers, respectively.
The winner of Moose Engineers’ Scholarship Challenge was the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in Edinburg, TX. On October 28th, Moose Engineers presented the scholarship on the UTRGV campus. This generous contribution is dedicated to supporting the Engineering Department and empowering future engineers as they pursue their educational goals. The TCUF conference’s commitment to fostering excellence in higher education aligns with the mission of this scholarship.
The Cleary Zimmermann Engineers Scholarship Challenge winner was Alamo Colleges in San Antonio, TX. Cleary Zimmermann presented this scholarship during a small ceremony held on November 1st at Alamo Colleges’ campus. Focused on Design and Construction Studies, this scholarship aims to enhance students’ educational experiences by providing resources to help them build skills necessary for success. As participants in TCUF, Cleary Zimmermann proudly supports the next generation of industry leaders.
