Cleary Zimmermann Engineers, together with our HUB partner Moose Engineers, is providing MEP design services for the complete design/build renovation of Texas A&M University College of Engineering Peterson Building. Previously the home of the Department of Plant Pathology and Microbiology, this renovation will modernize the building to become the new home of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. While the building's exterior masonry shell and interior structure will remain, all MEP systems will be demolished and replaced. The program includes primarily offices and administrative, as well as some collaboration rooms, learning studios, and laboratories. The renovation will also provide for increased energy efficiency and ADA accessibility upgrades by bringing the building up to current code standards.
