Cleary Zimmermann Engineers provided commissioning services for the 160 plus bed addition to the Centennial Village Residence Hall located on the Angelo State University campus. This 3-story building encompasses approximately 48,000 square feet and connects to the existing Centennial Village. It consists of 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom suites with living areas and kitchenettes, as well as Resident Assistant units, study lounges, and other common areas. The mechanical systems commissioned included general air building systems, fan coil units, and condensing units, general building exhaust, and electrical and mechanical area cooling. We also commissioned the Building Automation Systems (EMCS), provided NEBB Certified Test and Balance (TAB) of HVAC, and provided infrared scans of electrical panel boards.
