The Archer College of Health and Human Services offers professional education in a variety of health care, rehabilitation, and human service disciplines. The 3-story, 56,600-square-foot facility is located on the San Angelo campus, next to the Vincent Building that houses the Planetarium. The project consisted of high-tech interdisciplinary research laboratories and support spaces, classrooms, an auditorium, SIM lab and nursing and common areas.
Cleary Zimmermann commissioned the building's mechanical systems, including the general building air systems that serve the classrooms, offices, support areas, library, auditorium, and restrooms. We also commissioned the building's hydronic systems, including Primary Chilled Water System, Heating Hot Water System, and Chilled and Hot Water System Loop Control, as well as the Building Automation Systems (EMCS), and provided NEBB Certified Test and Balance (TAB) of HVAC.
