Opening New Doors in College Station!

After considering the idea for some time, and keeping our eyes open for the right opportunity, we are excited to announce that Cleary Zimmermann is opening a second location in Bryan/College Station!

Thankfully, there have been many reasons why we find Bryan/College Station an attractive location to expand. It’s one of the top five fastest-growing metro areas in Texas, and with the Texas A&M System—including the new RELLIS campus on the cusp of instigating numerous economic opportunities— we’ll likely find this to be a healthy market for many years to come. Additionally, we look forward to a strong recruiting base, as well as geographic access to the greater Brazos Valley region.

It’s been enjoyable working with and getting to know so many great community members thus far. Through our work history with the Texas A&M System and College Station campus, as well as our recent involvement in the area, we’ve found that the local culture aligns closely with our company culture and values. And, of course, Wade Cleary is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University. We’re thrilled and humbled to already feel so welcome.

We believe that our unique brand of People First engineering services paired with our strong institutional and public facility knowledge will serve the Brazos Valley A/E/C community well. We’ll offer our full Building MEP, Industrial MEP, IT/Security, and NEBB Certified Commissioning services at this location, just like we do out of our San Antonio office.

Leading the Bryan/College Station office will be Randy Rogers, PE, who has served as Cleary Zimmermann’s Director of Operations for nearly two years. His personable style, robust leadership capabilities, and experience in growing offices for another national firm will make for a successful office opening with significant promise for the future.

See you in College Station!
