Pearl Brewery Mixed-Use Development

The Pearl Brewery is a sustainable, adaptive re-development of a 22-acre, historic industrial property on the urban banks of the San Antonio River. The Pearl Brewery underwent several additions with a multi-phased scope spanning over one million feet. Our team provided design services for various projects including the: Campus Utility Infrastructure, the Can Recycle Building, the Culinary Institute of America, the Koehler Parking Garage, the River Front Amphitheater, the Food Hall, and various offices, restaurants, and retail finish-outs.
